THE FIRST
AFRICAN MEDIA CAMPUS
Our main project is the creation of the first African Media Campus at the heart of MediaCity Mauritius.
MediaCity Mauritius is an integrated African hub for the global media and creative industries that will open its doors in 2024.
Like us, MediaCity Mauritius aims to connect talent with the industry.
Its state-of-the-art production and distribution hub will therefore be coupled with a leading academic campus, our campus.
The first African Media Campus will provide students with both the academic background and the hands-on practical training required to pursue a career in the media and creative industries, opening up a formidable pipeline of talent for the media city to tap into.
It will boast:
A Media Technology School enabling students to
fulfil their academic and creative potential and driving access into the digital and media industries.
A world-class university
with digital and media expertise,
dedicated to media studies.
We are currently in advanced discussions with leading academic institutions interested in joining this adventure.
